Your orders are printed on-demand using high-quality materials and shipped from our network of production facilities located across the United States (East & West Coast). This allows us to ship your orders from the location closest to you for faster delivery and lower shipping costs.

We ship to all 50 US states including:

  • Continental United States (Lower 48)
  • Alaska & Hawaii (may require additional 1-2 business days)
  • US Territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam)

Note: We currently do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Please ensure your US shipping address includes:

  • Complete recipient name
  • Full street address with apartment/unit number if applicable
  • City, State, ZIP code
  • Phone number (recommended for delivery updates)

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain carriers – please provide a physical street address when possible.

Special Situations

Holidays & Peak Seasons

During busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine’s Day):

  • Extended processing times of 7-10 business days
  • USPS/UPS delays possible due to high shipping volumes
  • Order early recommendations provided via email and website

Weather & Carrier Delays

  • Severe weather (hurricanes, blizzards) may impact shipping
  • Carrier delays are beyond our control but we monitor all shipments
  • Alternative shipping arrangements made when possible for time-sensitive orders

Undelivered Packages

If your package is returned as undeliverable:

  • 30-day hold period at our facility at no additional charge
  • Address verification required for reshipment
  • Reshipment fees apply ($4.95) for corrected address delivery
  • Full refund if package cannot be redelivered within 30 days
